4. How do I place an order?

Each time you select a product placed in your shopping bag. To continue shopping, press the button “Continue Shopping” and select from the list of categories  the next item you wish and add it to your cart. Repeat this process until you have completed your purchases and click on “Checkout” . If you are not a member, fill in your details on the registration form new customer (new customer) and press “record.” If you are already a customer, select (Returned customer), and confirm “Username” and “Password” clicking “connect” after previously tapped “Enter the characters you see in the picture below”

If you choose to pay on delivery (Cash) will pay the amount to the carrier upon receipt of your order.
Finally, if you choose to pay by credit card click “Place your order” and you will arrive at a new page of ALPHA BANK
Please fill out all fields and press the Pay to complete your payment or Cancel to cancel.

After choosing the type of payment and press “Continue”, you will leave the overall page description of your order and the final confirmation. If you want to change an item, you can do so via the button “Back” and go to previous steps in order to make the changes you want. Verify your information by clicking “Continue” and we will send you the proof of your purchase via e-mail.

5. How do I cancel my order?

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return C-THROU products within 14 business days from the date that they were received.



Products may be returned within 14 business days from the date that they were received. The charges for returns will be the shipping costs (both for delivery and return shipping), and any fees related to handling payments by the bank, Paypal or courier service (e.g. for the “cash on delivery” option). The refund will be made within 30 days from the day we will receive the products and the invoice.


Shipping and packaging costs are covered by us only if a return is necessary due to our mistake or fault. In any other case the return shipping of products at our headquarters remains your responsibility and at your expense. Before returning the product you should always contact us via e-mail or phone for details of the refund.



Returns are accepted and refunded only if the products are in the same good condition as when received, they are unsealed, their packaging and content is in its original condition, and the products have not been used. It is also required to return the original order invoice.

Delivery of orders executed via the COURIER. Orders are delivered to the address you have registered as the shipping address during the process of online ordering in two to three business days of the order.

12. Missing one item from my order,what do I do?

Please call us at +30 210 2587016 to find your solution immediately. If a mistake has been made by our warehouse, we will send the item as soon as no charge. If a product is not currently available in our warehouse, we will notify you when you least expect and whether there was any potential burden to carry.

13. Completed my order?

The completed your order, you get the message:
Please check your e-mail. We have sent a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. ”
