www.c-throu.com reserves itself the right to refuse the enforcement of a new order in case an uncovered customer’s balance is pending or the customer has unreasonably refused to receive an order that has been sent to him in the past. The goods remain our property until the full payment of their value. Any dispute falls in the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.

Right of return
You may return the entire product purchased and not only part of the product (e.g. product accessories) within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation.
The return period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day after the day you received the product.

Return or change the whole product

Price difference
If the new product has a higher value than the returned product, then the customer will be notified electronically, with an email, to proceed to a new payment process (for the payment of the difference). The e-mail will contain a link to this website’s payment website, through which the customer enters all necessary payment items in accordance with the terms below. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, then www.c-throu.com will credit the customer the difference in accordance with the items listed below.

Conditions for the return of products
In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, www.c-throu.com is entitled either (a) to consider the right to change or return was not exercised on time and thus not to accept the return or the exchange the product or (b) (particularly in the case of products not returned intact, that are worn or used) to accept the change or refund and simultaneously to claim compensation from the customer based on the value of the returned product’s defects.

Usually 7 working days are required for the processing of the request and for performing the credit entry. The customer will be notified once the entire process of the refund/change request has been completed. How to return:
Wrap & Pack (so to be safe during transport by means of your choice) the product you don’t want.
The consumer is obliged to pay the cost of shipping of the product & to insure it for damage or loss until it reaches us.
The refund will be given 14 days after we receive the product.
The refund will be in the original form of purchase e.g. the credit card with which the order was placed.
If the order is paid by you by “cash on delivery”, then the refund will be made to a bank account in the name of the consumer who placed the order.
You should not accept the delivery of a product whose packaging or transport package (carton), has deteriorated.
You must inform us within 2 days & no later if some item or accessory is missing.

Items which cannot be returned:
The garment or accessory should not have been worn beyond the necessary try-on.
Any item after 14 days from the date of receipt.
For reasons of hygiene, bathing suits and undergarments are not returnable and not exchanged.
Any item that is missing some accessory (e.g. belt, necklace, etc.) which is sold together.
Personalized or items specially ordered for you.
There is no proof of purchase.
Products from stock by special request, personalized product or item paid with a gift certificate or a promotional code.

We reserve the right to refuse the refund if:
There is evidence that the product has been used.
There is evidence that the product is damaged.
The product was returned incomplete.

a) In case the return is due to an error of the company, you can return any product FREE of CHARGE and you will be refunded.

b) If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase after you receive your product, you have the right to withdraw without stating the reasons within fourteen (14) calendar days, without any charge, apart from the return costs.
